Turmeric is a promising treatment for influenza virus and helps prevent injury to virus infected lung tissue.
It is likely to be effective for coronavirus too
Here's what you'll need to make Turmeric Paste
1 Cup Organic Turmeric Paste (organic turmeric will improve your chances of it being pesticide and radiation free). Ideally the curcumin percentage should be between 3-5%.
1-5 tsp fresh Cracked Black Pepper. Pepper contains pepperin which helps boost the effectiveness of the curcumin by up to1000%.
2 Cups Water (enough to make a smoothe paste)
70 ml (approx 3 tbsp) of Coconut Oil
(if you can't get coconut oil another high quality organic oil will be fine)
Boil the Turmeric Powder and the water for 7-10 minutes.
Remove from the element and add the Cracked Pepper.
Add the oil and stir well.
Tip into a glass jar with lid
Pour a small amount into a glass jar (with lid) and put your fridge. The rest should fo into the deep freeze so you always have access to fresh Turmeric Paste. Tumeric Paste will stay fresh for approx 2 weeks in the fridge
Turmeric has a myriad of benefits for your body but here's just a few.
Pain in joints, muscles, tendons (Turmeric is a very effective alternative pain reliever), inflammation of the small and large intestines (chrohns disease, colitis, ulcers), all kinds of neurological issues such as seizures and dementia, cancer, allergies, diabetes, and many more (there's up to 600 proven illnesses where the paste can create real miracles)
External Use: for rashes, skin irritations and cleaning teeth (Turmeric Paste is excellent for whitening teeth despite it's strong yellow colour)
Start slowly with ¼ teaspoon daily for about one week.
Then increase to ½ Teaspoon daily and so on.
If you take turmeric paste just to help your body you should not take more than 2 teaspoons a day. Don’t take the whole amount at a time but split it into several intakes throughout the day. It’s all natural and will not accumilate in your body.
If you are sick you can increase the dose up to 4 teaspoons a day or more.
Always start slow and increase the dose when feeling good with this amount and please….. always use healing earth with it. A detox process will start which could cause major problems when not transported out of your body under controlled conditions
For most people there are no negative reactions to the paste. If your stomach doesn’t like it, reduce the pepper. Ocasionally, someone might have an allergic reaction related to coconutoil. If that happens just use different oil. Of course you can add it to your food if taste allows.
Do not take:
If you have problems with your gall bladder (for example stones). Always check when you are on mediction as there are some meds that dont go together with turmeric.
Most important: When having a chemo therapy you should always recheck with your MD. There are chemotherapeuticals that dont go together with turmeric and never ever take it when having radio therapy!!!
If you suffer from diabetes please, check your results frequently! In a very short amount of time you should be able to reduce the insulin dramatically or even get rid of it.
Although Turmeric Capsules are available, most of them only contain pure curcumin which is the active ingredient in Turmeric. The health benefit are much greater when you ingest the whole powder. Some capsules contain whole Turmeric and Pepperin and these are okay as long as they are consumed with food (the oil is missing in these capsules and Turmeric is oil soluable)
There is also some evidence that Turmeric capsules can cause liver damage if taken for longer than three months
